I think i might have RSD?

I just discovered this condition, and it describes me a lot. RSD Stands for Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, but im going to call it RSD for short.

Ive discovered that the symptoms fit me well, but the thing is, its often a contition that comes with ADHD. And i dont believe i have ADHD. Sure i have some symptoms of ADHD, but symptoms can and often overlap other disorders. The other disorder i might have (Im not diagnosed.) is Autsim Spectrum Disorder, or ASD for short. I am aware ASD can overlap with ADHD, but i do not believe i have ADHD because i do not experience a lot of ADHD symptoms. Moving on.

RSD symptoms include where the individual experiences symptoms like low self-esteem, extremely easy for them to feel embarrased, having trouble containing emotions directed towards rejection and negativity, etc. These are some symptoms not all ofc, but they explain me very well.

From the clevelandclinic website, I experience 5out of 7 of the symptoms listed.

Im unsure though, i need to research this condition so i can properly say something about it. For now, i am not going to claim to have it, just the symptoms are similar to what i exprience.
